Senior Product Designer & researcher

Claire is a product designer and researcher with a background in business, and a passion for psychology and behavior change. In her role at Process First she focuses on outcomes, and much of her skills are used on reaching an understanding of desired outcomes and finding solutions that work for users, the business, and technical constraints. This means that in addition to user research, she is frequently collaborating with stakeholders and the development team to find solutions that are valuable, intuitive, and feasible within budget.
