Stephanie is a strategic thinker and inclusive leader with a passion for translating visions for improving the future into actionable plans for today. She is an expert in organizational change acceleration, program & project management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Stephanie spent the last 14 years working to improve health and healthcare delivery, most recently for a Boston based Academic Medical Center where she co-created and expanded their social determinants of health program across the hospital, community health centers, and with community partners. She supports Process First by identifying opportunities to amplify the positive impact they have on communities and the world.
