I am a strategic thinker and inclusive leader with a passion for translating visions for improving the future into actionable plans for today. I am an expert in organizational change acceleration, program & project management, and continuous improvement methodologies. I spent the last 14 years working to improve health and healthcare delivery, most recently for a Boston based Academic Medical Center where I co-created and expanded their social determinants of health program across the hospital, community health centers, and with community partners. I support our incredible team at Process First and our clients with identifying opportunities to amplify the positive impact we all have on our communities and our world.
