MANNA, a leader in evidence-based nutrition services in the Greater Philadelphia area, is undergoing significant growth but is challenged by fragmented data systems. Despite using a standard FIM (Food is Medicine) technology suite, MANNA still lacked both standardized critical FIM reporting features, as well as important meal and delivery customization features

Integrate FedEx, automating delivery scheduling, address updates, and cost tracking to streamline operations and support geographic expansion. Error-prone manual tasks now removed, FedEx logistics time cut 66%

CLIENT CHOICE

Meal management system with client portal that integrates meal changes across purchasing, production, and delivery operations. MANNA now positioned to compete with national-scale competitors; satisfaction improvements expected.

DATA WAREHOUSE + REPORTING

Develop centralized data warehouse to consolidate cross-system data. Removed need for inefficient manual collection and cleaning of spreadsheet data, allowed reporting on previously siloed datasets.

INTEGRATION HUB

Replace costly, inflexible point-to-point digital system connections, enabling previously cost- prohibitive cross-system workflows. Manual rekeying of data now reduced, easier handoffs possible between MANNA departments.

Looking ahead, Process First will continue to support MANNA’s growth by streamlining referrals to keep referrers and insurance in the loop, and automating and improving billing calculation, tracking, and reporting. These efforts will position MANNA for long-term success and scalability.
