I am a people operations professional and entrepreneur, with a passion for wellness, sustainability, and helping to reduce food insecurity around the globe. I bring 10+ years of people operations experience from a variety of startup organizations. Most recently, I was the HR Program Manager for a technology startup in Silicon Valley, where I built out the HR department from early-stage hiring, to benefits, and processes for future growth. Supporting a team from the backend is something I love; creating that foundation for a happy, inspired, and robust work family. The decision to join the Process First team was an easy one—amazing people with a desire to help others!
